After striking it lucky on the lottery, two ordinary Yorkshire folk arrive in Cheshire to invest in a racehorse. But behind the glamour of the stables lies jealousy, class divides and greed... before the evening is over, someone will meet a deadly end.

Chicken Ballotine stuffed with garlic, herb & sun-dried tomato mousse, wrapped in bacon, fondant potato, tender stem broccoli, white wine cream sauce

Steak & Ale Pie, slow-cooked beef in dark ale and beef stock, caramelised onions, creamy mashed potato, buttered greens, beef gravy

Veggie option: wild mushroom, spinach & brie wellington, fondant potato, tender stem broccoli, vegetarian gravy

DESSERT

Salted Caramel Profiteroles, choux pastry filled with cream, topped with warm salted caramel sauce, chocolate drizzle.
